Convenient Stay with Great Location

beach blankets convenient location welcome display towel art

i stayed for several nights and found it very convenient the hotel provided beach blankets for borrowing the location was a short walk to restaurants and shops a 7-eleven store was also nearby i especially liked the welcome display with towel art and flower petals.

the room faced a wall and the balcony was quite small which was a little disappointing

breakfast was available at a reasonable price i found it to be a good value there was a wide selection though the area got crowded quickly i did notice staff promptly replacing empty dishes and utensils.

the room featured a comfortable bed and was sufficiently large it included a balcony of adequate size i appreciated the complimentary water provided daily cleaning service occurred daily ensuring fresh towels and tidy space.

the hotel provides pool toys i observed guests using i thought the pool's accessibility was great and i really liked the water the area was maintained well staff actively served guests in this area with smiles.

broken door inconsistent air conditioning

the breakfast had plenty of variety.

the room i received differed from the photos online, that's false advertising, isn't it? the bathroom door was broken. the air conditioning was inconsistent, it was either too hot or too cold, never just right.

totally awesome hotel experience!!!

great air conditioning amazing breakfast

The family two-bedroom was HUGE! we had so much space and three tvs. the air conditioning worked great in every room, too. breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. I especially liked the fresh fruit! the staff even made breakfast boxes for our early trips.

the hotel is located away from the main reception, so i felt a little removed, but the walk wasn't too bad.

Acceptable stay with some issues

damaged door inconsistent air conditioning

The location was acceptable for accessing the beach and nearby shops.

My room did not match the photos presented online. The bathroom door was damaged, swinging outward unexpectedly. I also experienced inconsistent air conditioning throughout my stay.

crowded breakfast dimly lit corridor

the location was acceptable, and the air conditioning worked properly.

The room felt more like a dimly lit hostel than a proper hotel. The corridors were dark and uninviting. my "beautiful" room was tiny for two people. the breakfast area seemed like some kind of hunger games situation with crowds pushing to get food. It was not relaxing at all.
