My room did not match the photos presented online. The bathroom door was damaged, swinging outward unexpectedly. I also experienced inconsistent air conditioning throughout my stay.

the location was acceptable, and the air conditioning worked properly.

The room felt more like a dimly lit hostel than a proper hotel. The corridors were dark and uninviting. my "beautiful" room was tiny for two people. the breakfast area was like some kind of hunger games situation with crowds pushing to get food. It was not relaxing at all.
